Reflection:

I think my video had a clear view of contrapuntal sound and images as well as a clear view of parallel sound and images. It was clear to see which images were contrapuntal and which were parallel. The images were very contrasting and the switch to the different images was clear and precise. I think i could've ended the video better with better editing however the rest of the video was edited well.

- Frankie because he had clear contrast in his video and well selected images
- Jasneet because i liked the meaning behind his images and the variety


Sound and film:


I have learnt that sound and film are important because they develop understanding of the text to audiences and can help audiences have a relation. I have also learnt sound and film have a close relation to how they work together to make a text have identity or meaning.

parallel and contrapuntal sound practical

 https://youtube.com/shorts/cHIHvEYjoBM?feature=share I have made a montage using a classical music sound of a violin. This is a very classy sound that gives the impression of an upper class status. The sound is parallel in the first 30 seconds of the video where the images used are of instruments used in the sound and classy images and art portraits. The sound then switches contrapuntal half way through the video where the images switch to a scary, horrific genre. This doesn't match the classy sound of the background music, making it contrapuntal.
