Explanation

This scene is a recreation of Captain America as Steve Rogers in the gym, from 'Avengers: Endgame', working out hitting a boxing bag. This scene represents Steve Rogers letting out all his anger while he is receiving flashbacks about his past and the mistakes he made and the important people to him he lost. Hence why the background music gets more intense and quickens in pace as the clip goes on. You can see the severity of his anger at the end of the clip where the bag flies off the ceiling and breaks because of how hard he was hitting it. You can also see his anger through his facial expressions in the close up scenes of the camera zooming into his face while he hits the bag.
