Self assessment:

I think my recreation had good use of props such as the boxing bag and the captain america shield as well as a good setting, a gym. I think the whole recreation was accurate and the clips recreated were also accurate. The camerawork and camera angles were also accurate. I think i could improve the lighting and the video quality/resolution. Also the facial expressions could have been better.

My shot list helped me create the video because it was a good guidance to where the camera placement and actor placement should be to make the recreation accurate. It made the process of filming much quicker.

Improvement:

In future videos, i could improve the video quality by using a higher resolution and i could also use better lighting resolution relevant to the scene i am recreating.

Mise-en-scene:

I have learnt that the importance of mise-en-scene is vital because it helps the audience understand the scene. Costumes help the audiences understand the characters identity. Lighting helps the setting be relevant to the genre or the mood of the scene. Actor placement helps with the understanding of what is actually going on in the scene. Make-up helps with the audience understanding how the characters are feeling especially the use of facial expressions. Finally, setting helps with the mood of the scene and helps the audience understand what is going on in the scene.
